What happens if my organization becomes past due?

If we are unable to charge your payment method on the billing due date, your organization will become past due. When an organization becomes past due, we send an email to all of the organization's owners with instructions to pay the amount due. If we do not receive payment within 30-days, then we will close your organization's account.
