Can we pause our organization's WebCorp account?

We do not allow organization's to pause their account. While the cloud allows us to offer a very low price for our products and services, WebCorp still incurs costs to maintain, backup, receive and deliver your organization's data. As such, our system requires every organization to have at least one location for billing purposes. WebCorp's services are billed on a monthly/yearly subscription plan. In order to maintain any applicant data in your account during the billing periods, a minimum of one location is required in order for payment to cover the cost of that data.
