What are the different user types?

Every user in an organization is defined by their user type, which allows or prohibits them access to features in the console.

All User Types
  • Unlimited access to support.
  • Unlimited access to account settings and notification preferences.
  • Unlimited access to shopping catalog, cart, checkout, and order history.
Owners
  • Unlimited access to organization's dashboard chart and stages.
  • Unlimited access to organization's settings.
  • Unlimited access to organization's billing plan, payment method, and invoices.
  • Unlimited access to organization's locations. Can add, close, and edit.
  • Unlimited access to organization's users. Can invite, resend invite, cancel invites, and edit and revoke user access.
  • Unlimited access to organization's applicants, applicant notes, and can change the stage of applicants and add notes.
Admins
  • Access to organization's dashboard chart and stages is limited to admin's locations.
  • Access to organization's locations is limited to admin's locations. Can only view locations. Cannot add, close, or edit.
  • Access to organization's users is limited to admin's locations. Can invite, resend invite, cancel invites, and edit and revoke user access.
  • Access to organization's applicants is limited to admin's locations. Can change the stage of applicants and add notes.
Managers
  • Access to organization's dashboard chart and stages is limited to manager's locations.
  • Access to organization's applicants is limited to manager's locations. Can change the stage of applicants and add notes.
