What is the console?

The console is accessible to every user. With the console, users can manage their account, create support tickets, and access any features allowed as by their user type. For example, after signing in, you will be redirected to the console where you can do things like, add you picture, update your email address, and change your password. If you belong to any organizations, you will also be able to access certain features of the organization's services through the console.
