I hereby certify that the facts contained in this application are true and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that falsification of this information may prevent me from being hired or lead to my dismissal if hired. I also authorize investigation of all statements contained herein and the references and employers listed above to give you any and all information concerning my previous employment and any pertinent information they may have, personal or otherwise, and release the company from all liability for any damage that may result from utilization of such information.
I understand that the Company is a drug free workplace and that if I am offered employment, I will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screen (including for marijuana, which is prohibited by the Company's policy) as a condition of being hired.
I understand that if I am offered employment, I will be required to authorize and pass a pre-employment criminal history check and driver's record check (for positions requiring driving) as a condition of being hired.
I understand that if I am hired, I will be responsible for complying with all policies and rules of the Company as they presently exist or are later modified. I also understand that if I am hired, my employment with the Company will be terminable At-Will for any reason, except as prohibited by applicable law, and at any time without notice, at the option of myself or the Company.
I understand that nothing in this application, the interview or hiring process, or in any offer of employment creates a contract for continued or future employment with the Company or changes the at-will nature of the employment relationship, if an employment relationship is created. I also understand that no supervisor, manager or other representative of the Company has any authority to change my at-will employment status or to otherwise enter into any employment agreement for any specified period of time, or to assure me of any future position, benefits or terms and conditions of employment, except the Company President. I also understand that to valid, any such agreement, including any agreement changing the at-will nature of the employment relationship must be in a written agreement, signed and dated by the Company President.
