    Physical duties of the BOH positions:
    BOH positions require standing for extended periods of time, and work in a cramped or confined space. Working conditions are sometimes hot and often noisy. The job requires use of machinery and regular lifting/carrying (sometimes up or down stairs), max weight of 50 lbs. Grill cooks will be frequently exposed to smoke and ash. Must constantly receive and disseminate information through oral communication. The ability to read and execute recipes and tickets is also required. Use of stairs is required at Pok Pok PDX, Pok Pok Ny and Pok Pok Noi.

    Physical duties of the FOH positions:
    Job requires frequent walking, regular standing, moving quickly and efficiently through the restaurant for the entire duration of the shift. Occasionally working in cramped or confined spaces. Work environment is moderately noisy, must constantly receive and disseminate information through oral communication. Ability to bend, stoop, balance, and reach while carrying bus tubs or serving trays. The job requires lifting/carrying, max weight of 30 lbs. Bartenders may be required to move kegs, with or without use of dolly. Bartender position also requires repetitive motion, and constant reaching, turning, twisting, and precise movements around bar area. Ability to read and input tickets, use of Point-Of-Sale required for Servers, Hosts and Bartenders. Use of stairs is required at Pok Pok PDX, Pok Pok Ny, Pok Pok LA, Pok Pok Noi.
