I hereby certify that the facts contained in this application are true and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that false statements, omissions or misrepresentations may prevent me from being hired or lead to my dismissal if I am employed. I authorize the Employer to make an investigation of any of the facts set forth in this application and I release the Employer from any and all liability in connection with such investigation. The Employer may contact any listed references on this application.
I acknowledge and understand that AA Construction is an "at will" employer. Therefore, any employee may resign at any time, just as the employer may terminate the employment relationship with any employee at any time, with or without cause.
DRUG TESTING POLICY
The applicant understands and agrees that he or she may be required to submit to pre-employment drug screening. Pre-employment drug screening will be at the discretion of AA Construction Company, Inc. If the applicant becomes employed, applicant understands and agrees that he or she may be required to submit to random drug screening. Random drug screening will be at the discretion of AA Construction Company. In the event management has a reasonable suspicion that an employee is under the influence of illegal drugs or alcohol while at work based upon specific observations or in the event an employee is involved in a work related accident, such employee will be tested for drugs.
