I agree to comply with the rules and regulations governing my employment. In the event that I should terminate my employment, I agree to file my resignation two weeks prior to the date effective or forfeit my paid time.
In the event of my employment, I understand that I will be placed on a three month probationary period and if my services have not proved satisfactory, my employment may be discontinued without prejudice. I realize that Little People's College is an "at-will" employer.
I further understand that, if hired, I must have completed or be enrolled in a Child Development course when I reach my anniversary date of one year of employment. Failure to do so will result in termination.
